I have over 8+ years of professional experience working in HR, Recruiting, and Customer Support roles. Having served non-profits, major corporations, and startups, I bring an array of people-centric experiences that can serve you in your career, work-life balance, and beyond.

My academic qualifications include my current pursuit of a Master's in Integrative Health Studies at the California Institute of Integral Studies. I also hold a BA in Sociology and Anthropology from Swarthmore College, a Wellness Counseling Certification from Cornell University, and have completed the Intermediate Coach Training Program with the Co-Active Training Institute.
